Gil’s Baja works closely to build strong relationships with our vendors. We discuss ideas and recommendations with the plants themselves, based on our costumer's needs.
Gil’s Baja also trades beef within the U.S. industry by marketing Mexican Beef Companies around the country, as well as U.S. packers. We also do business with and support local vendors to reach other markets with exclusive meat brands.
